These Terms govern your use of MockWise (mockwiseai.com) and our AI mock interview, report, and credit services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

MockWise provides on-demand AI interviews (voice or text) tailored to your resume and role, with transcripts, feedback, and reports. We may update, limit, or discontinue features.

2. Accounts

You must be 16+ and provide accurate email and name.
Keep your password and Tokens confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Verify your email if required; unverified accounts may have limited access.

3. Credits, plans, and payments

New accounts receive 1 free credit, which covers one 30-minute interview. Additional credits are sold in packs or via subscriptions: a 30-minute interview costs 1 credit and a 60-minute interview costs 2 credits.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Pricing in INR and USD (converted via our currency helper).
Credits are non-transferable and expire per plan terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund current period unless required by law.
We may change pricing with notice; changes apply prospectively.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful resumes or content. Only upload your own resume or one you have rights to share.
Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse rate limits; max 5 resumes, 10 MB each, audio <25 MB.
Do not use MockWise to violate others’ rights or to generate disallowed content.

5. User content and IP

You retain rights to your resume and interview answers. You grant us a license to store, transcribe, and process them to provide the service and improve it (aggregated, de-identified analytics only).
AI feedback and reports are provided for practice only and are not professional hiring advice.
MockWise and its UI, branding, and code are our IP.

6. Third parties

We use Groq (Whisper and chat), and optionally Gemini, Speechmatics/Kokoro, Razorpay, and Cloudflare. Their terms and processing apply when we forward data to them (see Privacy and Security).

7. Disclaimer and limits

MockWise is provided “as is” without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate; verify before relying on it for hiring decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account via /profile or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service.

9. Changes and contact
